All you need for TV sound

The Panasonic SC=PT460 5.1 has the most pleasing full-range sound I've heard, including Hi Fi. So much so that I bought this from eBay as a spare for the one I listen too every day. I also recommend it for those who suffer from age-related hearing difficulties, as it is very clear on speech. I must also add that the speakers in my set-up are placed close together these days, and are not positioned around my room for surround sound, because I find it distracting.Read full review

Great system

This was a replacement for my own one which couldn't be repaired. I t's a great sounding system and I was able to connect the main unit to my existing speakers.

Ok, make sure sound runs for over 2,3,4 or 5 hours non stop.

The player seems to cut off all sound after around 2 hours. If switched off and left for a short while it seems ok when switched back on, but then after a short while sound is lost again. So will have to live with or get it repaired. The quality of the system is very good. that's the chance you take on ebay.Read full review

Brilliant system!

Set up was a doddle and sound is amazing! Volume goes up to 50 and so far the maximum I've played the system is 39. At that level, dramatic action scenes on the DVD really rattle the walls of the house!Read full review
