Panasonic SCPM250B Bluetooth LCD Micro System
Very easy to set-up and use, all the controls work well and the remote has all the necessary features. The tuner pre-sets load very quickly automatically and the 19 I could get were crystal clear. The sound and volume are adequate for an average sized room and the equalizer and sound enhancements work subtly to create a required sound. The retail new price is very competitive but the manufacturer refurbished item I purchased was a fantastic deal. The unit was as new class 1 and totally unmarked, it works very well and sounds great but at a significantly reduced price. I would highly recommend this item.Read full review

Small but quite powerful
Surprisingly mellow sound for such a low output unit and the DAB+ works a treat with clear reception using the supplied aerial. Relatively easy to use, setting up Bluetooth can be a bit fiddly but the rest is an absolute doddle. Overall, a splendid bit of kit.Read full review

Quality small unit
Great little stereo. Ok it feels plasticy and the CD drawer is delicate but the sound is great. The only fault I could find with it is the lack of an earphone socket. Ok you say it says its got Bluetooth so I'll get some Bluetooth headphones. No good either! It only has Bluetooth as a receiver ie. to receive information from an Ipod. It cannot broadcast information via Bluetooth (eg. headphones).Read full review

Great for Three score and ten
Surprisingly, stonkingly good (nae great) for seventy squid. Even for a sub-hundred proposition this is very good. Loud if you want to and with a clarity that is good for most domestic situations unless your spouse is a HIFi snob (and actually I am). Ours does great Bluetooth service in our largish kitchen/diner roomio that we now spend most of our lives in since the kids left (sob)). DAB reception not fantastic in Tannoch Brae but we can live with that - think iplayer.Read full review

Big sound for a small system
I'm really surprised at the sound quality of this Mini Hi-Fi it's 20 w output definitely sounds like more, it's got all the usual features USB playback, CD, Bluetooth and DAB+ digital radio and remote control. It's really easy to set up and it's practically weightless so moving it to another room would not be a problem, at around £100 it's a good system for the price I'm happy with my purchase.Read full review

Lightweight unit with great sound
I can't say more than the other positive reviews really but this is what I found.
My previous DAB gave up so I was looking for a cheap replacement, I wasn't bothered about the bells & whistles such as bluetooth, the alarm etc, I just wanted a radio I can leave on all day & play a CD now & then.
Firstly the size & weight, it weighs about the same as one of my previous units speaker. Stated the unit is 22.5cm high, the speakers are 22.5cm high, the unit is about 2/3rds that which to me is a bonus, I built a cabinet around the previous hifi, the gap is only 21.5cm high so this little unit goes in there well. I also enclosed the power cable, the speaker cables & DAB aerial. I have to dismantle the cabinet to put the new hifi in place so . . .
I've had to put the new hifi in a side room, I'm using the supplied speakers & supplied aerial. I get more DAB stations on this compared with my last one, I cranked the volume up & was surprised at the quality, very clear with a solid sound, I'm no connoisseur but it was plenty good enough, better than my last one which cost around £460.

takes up small footprint
A nice unit that does not take up to much of the kitchen work table.
With the speakers hung on the wall and just the player on the table.

Great litte compact Hi Fi !
I was quite pleased with this system considering it was'nt that all expensive and i was quite nervous until i used it but i was pleasantly surprised.Don't expect anything too fancy but for what i needed it has been a good little Hi Fi so far.It was purchased to go in my kitchen so the size was really good,it is rather neat and compact.I would'nt put anyone off purchasing this but don't expect the noise output to be amazing.Read full review
