arc 5, quick review.

By far the best, easiest and fastest electric razor I've used.

One small problem. Doesn't do great around my jaw line. But i have fast there, so the skin is loose.
Just takes me few seconds to clean up hair on jaw line with a manual razor.

Would definitely recommend arc5 to friends.

Best bang for the buck.

Fantastic shaver.

I don't like to shave every day, thus I always shave with 2-4 days of growth (sometimes trimming first), which means long and flat hairs. I had been using a norelco rotary shaver for years because it dealt with long flat hairs ok without pulling, then finish with a single blade foil shaver (braun cruzer 4) for a closer shave, especially on the chin and mustache area. I had my doubts about switching to a foil shaver only but this shaver is amazing. Smoothest, closest shaver I have had. Close and comfortable shave

I bought 2 open box shavers. A Braun series 9 and a Panasonic ES-LV65s. Both are fast and comfortable to use. The Braun vibrates more in your hand, by design. The Panasonic shaves a little closer. No bite from either one after the first week. If I could only buy one, it would be the Panasonic. If you would like a stand for your shaver, order a Panasonic ES-RF41 from the UK. Close, but no cigar.

Pretty good razor but not perfect. OK, it performs well on most of the face but does not like angles and tight places. (Intertriginous folds, angles and tight cervices). Usually have to go over face 2-3 times. But, battery life is very good, and I don't experience razor burn. Generally I use a blade razor at the end to clean up a couple of spots. I like it, I don't love it but it I ain't building cupboards or doing Gov't work.Read full review

Gets as close as a razor does

I am african american and I used this shaver after using a T Outliner trimmer to shave my hair down very short and then I apply some shaving cream product on my head with some water and thiis shaver gets my head shaved down real smooth with no razor bumps.
