Great pocket camera but be prepared to read the very long manual. This camera has so many features that it makes it complex!

Excellent camera with lots of additional features

Bought as a direct replacement for existing damaged camera.
This is an excellent camera but appears now to be superseded by updated models - hence the need to source a second hand replacement.

Small, controllable, sharp, long zoom

For a compact this is an excellent camera. Deep zoom. Lightweight. Good shutter and exposure control if you do not wish to use it as a simple point-and-press camera.
Two criticisms: Like many others of similar build the zoom mechanism can be jammed by dirt getting into it; and, instead of using a simple USB micro socket on the camera they have opted for a similar bespoke one requiring their special cable. The latter means I have to carry around a USB connection cable with the camera though I could use the wifi connection or whip out the SD card. The former has resulted in me buying a second (used) one of these cameras as a backup in case the currently often camera shut-down jamming mechanism finally fails.
I have used it in downpours, in swirling snow, in clouds and dust storms so I have given the zoom mechanism a tough time. Notice i bought the same model as a replacement.Read full review
