All checked out fine, but only needed 2 of them. 2 of my originals had stopped working. I think a bad charger messed up one and I put the other in that charger before realizing that it wasn't so much a bad phone, but a bad charger and it messed up the second one. Got this handset to add to an existing system. Set up was easy and the handset works seamlessly with the other units. Keep in mind that a new handset has to be “registered” to the existing base. This is an easy step accessed through “settings” with the handset. You will have to press a special key (you probably hadn’t noticed) on the base when instructed to do so. Enjoy!Read full review

Exact Replacements Work Well

The two handsets were exactly as my other four. I received what I wanted with this order. They charged well (had the batteries) overnight and I was in business all over the house after I synced them up with the main base. That MUST be done or all the handsets are just paper weights. There is a max of 6 per main base unit. I also already had two charger remote bases that plug into the wall electric receptacle.
