My KX-TCA60, which I liked, was old and in need of replacement. This one that I ended up purchasing is a better product. I find it to be more comfortable, plus it has an incoming volume control. Sometimes, depending on the connection, the incoming volume can be a bit too high, and I used to try to reposition the earpiece on my ear to cut the sound down a bit. I love these headsets. They’re lightweight and easy to flip on or off when the phone rings. There are too many things to do to just sit and talk on the phone, so sliding these on lets me do the dishes, fold laundry or any other chore that needs done while I talk.
