This book can change your life! I had so many pain issues: right wrist, back, neck, left foot, right shoulder. It is about bringing your body back in line with how THE GOOD LORD originally intended it to function. The thing to remember is do NOT give up. It took along time of not doing the right things to put your body in the shape it is in, so it will take about the same amount of time to bring it in line.. read the first 3 chapters and then go to the index look up painful area to find what ecises you need to do. The title is likely true for many sufferers

This book makes sense. What I like most are the exercises with clear explanations and illustrations. The low back exercises got me through a painful episode.

I do the exercise at least every other day and sometimes every day -which is my goal. I have been pushed by several doctors for surgery(s). Because I have issues at all 5 lumbar levels it would likely require several surgeries and a long recovery.

If I can buy a few more years my hope is that medical science and perhaps stem cell therapy may provide a better solution and faster recovery than surgery today.
