Great value trailer

The trailer arrived in a large box well packed, assembly was easy and took under half an hour (thou 1 hole in the tub wasn't fully drill but was easily fixed)
The build quality was excellent and tilt feature is easy to use, complete with a lock pin to prevent accidental tipping. (as a side note I used a fishing track to secure the lock pin and prevent loss of it)

Good Product, But...

It is a good design and good quality. I think the weight to strength ratio is very good. My one reservation is the difficulty I encountered assembling it. Mostly, it went together well although it is definitely a two person job. The biggest problem was the axle being larger than the bearings - 15.4mm vs 15mm. This made it difficult to thread the axle through the axle support panels and to mount the wheels. In fact, you could easily damage the bearings by forcing them on to the axle.
As a steel worker, I was able to polish a bit of surface off the to make it fit, but it could present a problem for some. A second problem is that the squared end of the draw bar limits the trailer's turning angle. On my ride-on, which has a short extension hitching plate, I could barely turn at all. I remedied this by cutting corners off the draw bar, grinding and painting it. Again, this won't be for everyone. It's a pity, as it could easily have been made with a rounded end.Read full review

Self-assembled plastic mower-cart.

Really needs 2 to assemble, as pretty bulky.
Took me 4 hours, but overall fairly simple.
The worst part was perhaps was the tipper-spring assembly. It really needs motorcycle spring experience and 2c coins - it is that strong!
Instructions OK/average for any Chinese-made thing these days, but bolt sizes were wrong for tipper-plate, pretty obvious due to in-cart hole-sizes.
Overall OK, but keep to the weight limits - as it's pretty flimsy construction for just over 180Kg as advertised.
But a nice bit of gear for what it was intended/designed for.

Wow, this cart is awesome. I put it together myself and it’s a lot bigger than I thought. Hooked up to the back of the mower easy and was moving garden soil within the hour of receiving it. Very impressed with its toughness and it being so light.
