Good quality not for Honda c90 though

Good quality as expected from Oxford, however this is not suitable for Honda C90.

So it could fit i had to drill extra holes in the supplied bracket as it’s too bulky to fit under the keg shield.

After wired in and tested it blew my horn switch meaning that I had to replace the whole left switch gear at a cost of £80 for genuine parts !

Retailer did offer a refund if retuned but this wasn’t possible as I’d damaged the bracket to fit

Something for the neighbours

It's loud, very loud, something to definitely make cars and pedestrians very aware you're there and at the very least complain about motorcyclists some more.

On the serious side, it's a good horn, easy to mount(although I'd use either both brackets that come with it or a more rigid one sourced from elsewhere as they're quite flimsy), good price, trusted brand so you can't really go wrong.

Fits Harley-Davidson perfectly.

Great price. I bought this for my Harley-Davidson 2021 Softail Standard (but my guess is all Harleys have the same awful stock horn). This Oxford Foghorn uses the same size spade connectors and the same size nut and bolt, and takes the same vertical space as the stock horn. I took a photo to show you.

Take the bolt out above the stock horn, then the two small torx bolts, then the 10mm nut off the back, then remove the cables (positive is nearest the gear lever side). On the Oxford Foghorn, use a pair of pliers to bend the tabs upright. Fit the cables, screw the 10mm nut on, use some blue loctite (not too much on the nut end). Screw the two torx nuts back in, using blue loctite. Get everything aligned correctly and screw the top nuts in, using loctite again.

Now you have a horn that can be heard by cagers in their sound insulated tanks, but not so loud that it sounds like a train horn!

Lovely Hooter

It’s not louder, but it is deeper in tone and far more satisfying to use. It is also an absolute bargain compared to the Denali sound bomb. Easy to fit and at a tenner it’s only a couple of quid more than the standard scooter horn.Read full review
