Better Than Expected

Everything in the box appeared to be brand new, including the original documentation. It works as I'd hoped it would. I can't speak to its durability since I just started using it. I saw reviews (with pictures) on the newer model which has plastic gears that break, but this older model is a direct drive which is why I decided on it. I bought this handy mini processor NEW and is a great for meal prep. Easy to assemble and it works wonderful! To disassemble, leave it on the mixer base to detach it easily. This mini proesseor smoothly whips up hard-boiled egg yolks for Deviled eggs and is great for chopping small quantities of vegetables like onions, peppers, celery, to nuts for QUICK cooking prep. Perfect replacement!

I've had my Oster for decades and the bowl recently cracked in one too many places. This replacement bowl looks brand new works perfectly on the appliance and I'm so excited to make my pesto again!!

OSTER 5900

OSTER, you really should bring this mini food processor back. There is nothing better for dicing onions, mincing garlic, shredding meat (beef, chicken, Park... etc), and much more. I’ve had my first one since around 1980, and just bought another for back up.
Something about the design; perhaps the round bowl, that makes this item perform much better than the newer designs.
