A really great product, thank you..

There is nothing negative about this product. Once in your shoe, it puts your arch in the correct position, thus relieving pain and the threat of pain.. At first it maybe uncomfortable, maybe because your surrounding muscles have compensated too much. I can't fault this product. It also spares my socks as it's a smooth surface, not like my work boots.Read full review

one size does not fit all

i followed the instructions and stuck with it. The product gave me instant relief followed by a different pain caused by the arch support being too high and too rigid. If this product was made to specific shoe size, I think it would be 100% improvement - as in the ones I had made by the NHS , they charged £5 a pair.
Bottom line is one size does not fit all...shame

Quite hard in my shoes

I needed some support in my shoe as I have plantar fasciitis (Google it !!). I found these OK, but after a while they annoyed my feet, as they are quite hard plastic. they may very well suit other people, but I found them unsuitable. SorryRead full review

Orthotic foot support

I have size 11 shoes and the support comes in only one size. It was far too narrow and was painful to wear. I chucked them in a bin

Horrendous

Thought I'd try these (the cheap option), they make walking unbearably painful. Tried to stick with them for half hour or so, could hardly walk by the end of the half hour it was so painful. Not functional and a waste of money.

Since invested in some £25 insoles. They are comfortable and supportive. Don't waste your money getting these.

Try them

I was sceptical, how could something plastic, mainly under a different part of my foot to where the pain in my heel was actually work. Well it does work and allows me to walk longer & further without pain and hobbling about for ages afterwards. All I can say is try them - they are cheap enough.Read full review

It really works. My back has been so much better since I have been using these in my shoes. They are really good value. I would recommend them.

ok for the price

The product is very hard plastic making uncomfortable to wear, i cannot say the same for other wearers. Maybe ok for small size feet or Ladies, i am size 9/10 shoe.
