Unpleasant taste, unsure how effective

I switched from using a regular fluoride toothpaste to this, but had to stop after a few days as my teeth were becoming sensitive and it became difficult to brush them.
I was unsure whether the sensitivity was triggered by a change in diet or the toothpaste itself, but as soon as I switched back to a fluoride toothpaste, the sensitivity went.
I'm hoping I can return to a fluoride-free toothpaste as soon as possible and am researching my options.
It feels like you're brushing your teeth with mud with this toothpaste - perhaps I'm just too used to a conventional product, but in my opinion, taste and texture are poor.Read full review
