appears chain faulty never cut anything or made mark on sml tree?

on job today to cut small tree down & the new chain fitted never even made a mark on the tree? started to make machine smoke / burn mark only on tree? the tree was only 3" diameter? had to use hand bow saw to cut! will look at chain,but according to the chainsaw book have fitted correctly! has the right tension allow! have used chainsaws many times b4,so at moment will have look & check with maintenance,b4 possibly make claim for faulty chain!? will check 1st have done all can in fit in right way! so not happy! fitted chains b4 no problem.Read full review

Very quick to blunt

Unfortunately the chain lasted a few minutes before going blunt. Maybe it's the type of tree I was cutting - large connifer. I suppose i should have expected this as it was a cheap priced chain. I would not recommend this chain - spend your money on a better quality.Read full review
