Used as a light timer.
Bought it to use as a timed light on switch. Other light timers did not have the timed intervals that I wanted. It works well. Connections are Lin and Lout, Nin and Nout plus a single earth position. Easy single push button operation.
The only things I would say is that a reasonably deep back box is needed which is not unexpected and the earth connection is a bit lightweight meaning the earth wires can easily pull out although the earth doesn't appear to be used on the switch.

Great product that saves leaving the water heater on for hours by accident! Perfect for the summer months when your oil heating isn't in use. Choose between 15 mins, half hour, one hour or two hours and the immersion will switch off automatically after the allotted time. Why these aren't fitted as standard in every house (that doesn't have instant hot water) I don't know. Every property I've moved into I have fitted one of these high quality, value-for-money timers. Easy to use radiator heater switch.
I bought this timer to replace an on/off switch on our recently installed bathroom radiator heater. It was easy to fit- with the same wiring connectionsas the previous switch. You can increase heating times by pressing the main switch and also decrease the time by pressing the switch until it returns to 'off ' and starting again. Mine has attractive blue led lights to show the selected time.
