this is probably one of the easiest ways to get an accurate blood pressure reading. I do wish it was rechargeable, but so far it has good battery life. Keep a record on your cell phone.

Great BP Machine

I’ve tried many of the Omron BP machines and this one is by far the best. I haven’t taken it to my Dr.’s office to test the accuracy of the readings, but I’ve measured it against 2 other machines and the readings are always consistent. It’s simplicity takes all the guess work out of taking your BP - it will even tell you if the cuff is misplaced! It’s a little higher priced but I feel it’s definitely worth the extra money.
