I have for years tried to find a good hand cream for my sore, cracked hands. I work in the care industry so forever washing my hands in different soaps to aggravate my skin! This hand cream has worked wonders in a matter of hours! It absorbs quickly & you only need to use a small amount, so definitely good value for money. Effective and rapid cure for dry and cracked hands.

Its the only over-the-counter moisturiser which will effectively cure your cracked and damaged skin. Double quick too. Not very good on the thin skin on the rest of your body - use normasl moisturiser for this. Feet - O'Keeffe's do supply a separate moisturiser for feet. Not tried that .Read full review

This really works!

I've given this 5 stars on my husband's behalf as I didn't like the feel of the product on my hands. My husband has suffered for a long time with very badly cracked and split hands and this is the only cream, out of the many he's tried, that has been noticeably effective almost from the start. I paid a bit more than this price for my first tub of this marvelous cream in a garden centre but then you would expect to there. I use it quite regularly as I am a compulsive hand washer and suffer from occasional exzema.
