I could have saved the money and just hammered some shims between the joists. Better suited if you can’t get at the joists underneath. Wasted my time with these when a $2 pack of wood shims does the same thing without the holes.Read full review

The secret is finding the correct height of the break off point! Even if you don't find the floor joist,you're still in the subfloor. It took about 3 screws,to figure this out. A little wood putty and it's like, you weren't there. Minus the squeaks.Read full review
