I highly recommend this product. It has helped me past a plateau. The bottle says take 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon but I only take 1 around 10 or 11am and it keeps my energy up all day. It really is highly concentrated and can keep you up if you take it too late in the day. Make sure too drink LOTS of water when you take it because you sweat a lot and lose a bunch of water so I found that drinking 6-8 bottles of water a day keeps me hydrated. I only exercise about 30-40 minutes a day and I eat about 1300 calories a day. I lost 8lbs in the first week I started taking it. Read full review
