Been putting on a bit of weight thought I might have an underactive thyroid, Internet said Iodine might help, found in Sea Kelp, so bought them, not noticed any weight loss ,only I feel hungry more now, wouldn't recommend any supplements, without consulting your Doctor first.Read full review
