Love them!

Along with healthy eating these pills can aid weight loss. The tablet is easy to swallow does not leave a nasty taste. Im on my second pack!

Got my hopes dashed☹️

I started them as soon as I got them. I took one before breakfast and half an hour later sat to eat. I felt full as though my head felt tightened and felt a hot flush coming on my cheeks🤔
I was quite happy because I did feel full so I drank water when I was peckish..
Didn’t take two as recommended because by midday I started to feel dizzy- a bit like when you take medication and side effects plays you !

I took them one a day then into 5th day I took two since dizziness faded. When I sat to eat meals I could eat all even though I felt full😂 I worked out and ate healthily same as I’ve been doing for a while now.

I was hoping these will help me shift the sticky lbs but unfortunately no it hasn’t made any difference 😤
I’ll just stick to exercise and healthy eating and pray it works eventually 💪🏻Read full review

Took the tablets for 2 weeks,and didn't notice any weight loss,I take medicine for diabetes,so thought it could help with insulin levels,I stopped taking them when i was getting bad stomach ache,but can't say if its due to garcinia ,or a interaction with rhuematoid & diabetes meds,I am going to give it another go before i make a decision on if they work or not.had to choose between recommend or not(could have done with an impartial choice)but for now i wont be recomending this product.Read full review

Don't work at all

These have done nothing but give me tummy ache and i still feel hungry it don't make me feel full at all I'm going to go back to raspberry Kenton so much better lost stones with that
