When I got this delivered the first thing the driver said to me was Henry's are great Hoover's and he was not wrong. It is small and easy to pull around. The suction is good but not too much to pull up the carpet. The attachment for nicely on the hoover but the hose is not long enough for the attachments and I have to bend down a bit. When using the hoover on its own with the main brush it is a good length. Excellent value and no fancy stuff to break or go wrong.Read full review

Heavy but Reliable

Personally, I prefer upright, simple to use, powerful, vacuum cleaners. Maybe one could be invented! However, I know the Henry to be more reliable than most cleaners, and less complicated.. This one was for my son, who swears by them, and uses them at work as well. He's always used them. I find most domestic cleaners and tradesmen recommend them... As you grow older, they are a bit too heavy to hump around, and I do not like the bags. Ticked 'yes' for emptying, because there were no grades. Bagless would be a big improvement.
