The instructions are complicated and ,in some cases confusing. It is not an easy appliance to use. It is much bigger than I thought it would be..

Well worth the price

I already had one similar just wanted a bigger one. It worked great though some pieces from the cord wrap where broke off in shipment the box was banged up. But it didn't hinder the function.

I received my NuWave Brio digital Fryer and started cooking food right away. I love cooking french fries in my unit. they are crisp and have an excellent flavor and texture. I often cook Smoked Sausages in my unit and again, the flavor cannot be beat. I reccommend one of these units for anyone trying to cook with less fat and grease.
