Lived up to expectations

It'd been more than a year since I purchased my Nuwave oven and based on my satisfaction with that unit I decided to try the Brio air fryer . This is the first and only air fryer I've ever used . I'm impressed with the ease-of-use as well as the variety of temperatures that are available and timing options . I would recommend using a small amount of oil for most of the foods cooked in the Brio . Another option is to spritz the food periodically with an aerosol cooking spray . I found that chicken wings tasted especially good when they were prepared in the Brio . It didn't seem to matter whether I cook some frozen or took time to thaw them out first . Obviously you'll have to allow more time when the wings are frozen . I would recommend this item .Read full review

Great alternatitive to frying

This product performed very good with my fish (salmon), and chicken which are the only meats I will eat, but not so good with my breakfast burrito's, but then I haven't had it that long so a little experiencing might help.

The air fryer is a good idea for greaseless cooking which reduces calories. However the timer was a bit confusing at first. It looks like a min. sec. clock but actually it is a min. clock till the last min. that is displayed in seconds. The cook book could use more recipes especially basic ones. Cleaning can be tricky but not impossible. It doesn't come with accessories like grill pan etc.Read full review

Have only used air fryer twice. It did well with frozen french fries. It did a good job on cooking frozen fish filets, but did not brown the filets as well as I expected.
