Almost entirely unlike salt

Me not being a master chemist and never before tasting Potassium Chloride, I cannot say that this is indeed what it says it is.
I will say this. You get a bottle. It says Potassium Chloride on it. It looks like a mix between salt and sugar, and tastes kind of almost not entirely unlike salt, with added bitterness.
The bottle was sealed. A flesh-melting Amazon spider did not jump out of the bottle as I opened it. I did not die (for NOW) from ingesting the recommended amount (0.7g, half that being Potassium) twice daily. The cap reseals it very professionally when you close it.
