Had problems installing Norton 360, asked Norton technical support. A chap took over the computer and said that my Microsoft office 2013 is incompatible with Norton 360 and asked me to buy office 2019 for £99.00 today only. I refused and reinstalled at the second attempt without difficulty. All works very well now
The technical support person is absolutely clueless and trying to promote sale of Microsoft office

Like having the backup with this version

I don't know much about I.T. but feel that my PC is secure with Norton. It runs lots of tasks automatically and I like having the backup. It's just a pity that you can't get the backup with the cheaper versions because I don't have anything like 10 devices on which to install it. I did, however, purchase this all round version at an extremely reasonable price, which mitigates the problem. I received the download version extremely quickly by email and installation was very simple. As I was reinstalling it, I think, from memory, that I only needed to enter the new key.Read full review

Good product albeit with recent introduced negative factors.

I have used this product and its predecessors for very many years. It does everything expected, providing the protection needed in our current Internet operating environment. However, the company now require auto renewal to be initially set up to use the product. Now while a convenient benefit it is a seriously cost disadvantage to the user due to the auto renewal cost compared with buying the product again from say Ebay. You can cancel this auto renewal after activation, but should not have to as it should not be compulsory in the first place. Read full review
