Noctua fan controller — 4 way splitter an option

This is a PWM controller/splitter that allows you to further tune a system's fans. It can also operate as an absolute controller if you don't plug it into your motherboard to feed it a PWM signal, which I didn't know until I got it.

I use it with an old Z170 SLI board that only has one PWM connection, rest are voltage controlled. So I plug the fan into the only PWM output, along with the SATA power connector, and then use the splitter to connect out to my other fans. It works beautifully.

What I like a lot is the ability to use the rotary knob to just tune the fans a little, I use it with the 300RPM mode disabled personally.

I think my next project might be a 5¼" bay mount so I can use it in absolute mode from outside the case easily.Read full review
