I have access to obd2 software tech 2 equipment and a rolling road and I can tell you this doesn't do a thing! I've got the box in my 1.7 dti combo I've done just over 150miles on it deisel seems to be better turbo lags not as noticeable and an increase in torque and power I'll give it another wk and update so far everything's fine only thing that bothers me it never switches off its lit up all the time surely it can't sustain this for along period of time without it failing apart from that time will tell update works well mid range top range increase in torque and power when city driving I can use 4and 5 at lower speeds instead of 1and2 overall good and diesel not bad eitherRead full review

It's a box with an led that flashes, it cannot communicate with the ecu to adjust anything.
