Addicted!

lt has helped me to give up smoking but l am now addicted to them.
the good side is they are not doing my lungs any harm, they are not like vapes so you can use them on planes or in public places.<br>overall l am quite happy with them.
BUT l am reliant on them and can just about afford them.

I have found these are the best products to use when either cutting down or stopping. I have personally stopped all together. Using the quickmist sprays take away your craving so quick. Great aid for quitting.

I smoked for 30 years, I tried different nicotine replacement including patches, gum and lozenges which didn’t really work for me. Saw the ad on tv for this stuff and thought I’d try it.
Initially this is very strong but if you bear with it, after a few days it becomes less intense. It is very effective at subduing nicotine cravings.
