Good NRT that works!
This has been the best NRT for me. I have given up smoking now for over 5 months! I tried other NRT but I didn't keep it up. The only thing now is I'm a bit hooked on this. But miles better for you than smoking. It takes a little time to get used too, just don't spray the back of your throat, I spray near the front of my tongue. They are too expensive in the shops but half the price on eBay.Read full review

A great substitute for cigarettes.
I have smoked for over 20 years and had many failed attempts with patches and gum. It was difficult with the spray to begin with...the liquid has an extremely strong menthol taste but after a few day's you get used to it.Whenever if feel agitated I reach for my spray and it calms me down.Really good product.Read full review

Very good for helping with not smoking. Although at times made me sneeze, but is good too have in the later stages of your quit. My only complaint is the amount in each spray, for the r.r.s.p. , it works out pricey, but then appreciate it's a thing you're not meant to be comfortable at using permanently. It's the best way of packing up smoking, vapeing is a no no as it's virtually the same as smoking as far as I am concerned. I smoked for 50 years and I found it the best way of getting rid of the weed.
