It is very well designed ,looks stylish easy to use ,so useful in the morning not having to wait for a kettle to boil , really good value .

Should have bought this ages ago.

This is a great investment. With only 600 or so Watts it isn't going to cost much to run. I've had one a couple of weeks now. It is boiling water on tap. No waiting for the kettle to boil for a brew. No wasted energy boiling that kettle. You can even add boiling water to a saucepan when ever you want.

Great Water boiler

This hot water boiler has every feature you need in a kettle. You can not only get 100 degree water but also 4 different temperatures down to 40 degrees. You can boil it and let it cool down to keep it at 40 degrees for baby bottles. It keeps the temperature constant to your setting all day.

It has 3 dispensing options. A button on the top, a micro sensor behind the spout to press your mug against, and a pump on top to dispense water with no power. It doesn’t drip when you stop dispensing so don’t need a drip tray. You can dispense as much hot water as you need it’s not limited to one cup.

There’s a 24 hour timer you press for how many hours you need to delay. At night you can use this feature to turn it off and restart half an hour before you get up. Instant hot water all day long is the best thing ever. From cold it takes about half an hour to heat to 100 degrees. When I use hot water I top it up from my filter jug so it never runs down.

There’s also a lock button and you can’t dispense any water unless you press that first. It self locks again afterwards. There’s also a carrying handle.

When you first get it there’s the usual new kettle plasticine taste. Always use a water filter jug to fill it. Then fill it up twice and draw boiling water into a jug and throw it away. The third fill should be fine and that taste will be gone.

I’ve had a hot water dispenser for years but there were several problems with it. It wasn’t high enough, didn’t hold enough water and only dispensed one cup at a time. If you needed a pan of hot water or were making gravy it was totally impractical. I also drink from one litre insulated beakers which were too high for my old dispenser. This is almost identical to our Chefman urn that we bought a few years ago for our USA home, so hopefully it will be as trouble free as that one, great for my endless cups of tea and great for noodles etc, sure saves waiting for a kettle to boil, probably cheaper to run.Read full review

Annoying

The machine does what it says but when I press the button to get water sometimes I just get a click and no water. sometimes I have to press the button a few times to get it to work. Even then sometimes it doesn't fill the cup before cutting out. Not impressed at all and would not buy this again!Read full review
