Looks like khaki and your wee comes out really yellow but it tastes OK and goes down easily with a little apple juice. I first discovered source of life gold when I made a trip to Planet Organic last year to get some supplements as I felt my energy levels were down. The assistant recommended this brand and got the capsules. I really felt a shift in energy within a couple of days. And also felt the difference when I stopped taking it. This is a multivitamin with no nasties and the great majority of its vitamins and minerals are derived from natural ingredients. I ordered to try the liquid form for the first time as the capsules are a bit too big and also I feel the liquid will be better absorbed.
