It's one a day, small and easy to swallow and free of iron which is recommended for some existing health problems, unfortunately its sometimes hard to find advertised if you can't remember the maker.

Smells awful

It smells awful. Had to put it in a bag inside of a cupboard to stop it smelling kitchen out. Will not order it again.
