This formula for hair skin and nails has a more variety of nutrients than the regular or other brands. It has really helped me with my problem of hair loss. It also contains vitamins that the rest of your body needs without going over board on the iron. When I run out and don't take it for a few weeks, I can really tell the difference with my hair and how I feel. It will take at least a month before you start seeing any results, but you should start seeing noticeable results by the third month.Read full review
