I looked everywhere for this chubby eye shadow pencil and I was thrilled to have found one. I was not disappointed. It covers really well and it has a lovely Matt finish. My only question is, how do I sharpen it when I get to that point. The pencil covering is plastic so I don't think that a normal sharpener will do the trick ant suggestions please?Read full review
