I found out about gaba through watching celebrity big brother season 2 and the Olympic athlete on there lolo Jones and TV superstar tamar Braxton were talking about have problems going to sleep and having pains. So lolo Jones gives tamar Braxton these gaba pills and she started going on and on about how amazing they were. I just had to see what they were talking about. If an Olympic athlete vouches for gaba then who am I to not at least try it out and I did. I loosened up the capsule and dumped it on my tongue and I IMMEDIATELY felt a rush the it calmed down and when I was sleepy I had no problems falling asleep and staying asleep. I have noticed a definite improvement in my quality of sleep since I started taking this. I workout a lot and I noticed that I sleep deeper and my body has recovered more when I woke vs sleep when I don't use GABA.
