I've been using this product for a long time now. If you have a problem with red mite and/or lice with your hens then this will be your salvation. I dust the hens regularly and put in their dust baths and also onto their bedding when I clean their sheds thoroughly each week. I thought with this summer being so hot that even this couldnt beat the red mite but it did! didnt see any at all. If our dog stands around too long he gets a dusting too!!
I dont want to think about how much money I've wasted over the years on other "miracle cures" for red mite so save yours and buy this. It goes a long way too. Read full review

Fleas are unaffected by this product

Following the horror of having discovered that Frontline Plus is no longer effective protection, I had inevitable pet passengers partying in my carpets to contend with. Being the stupid earth loving hippy that I am, I didn’t want to go chemical route, and was keen to try this natural product as was recommended by a well meaning friend…
Whilst I’m convinced this stuff has a myriad uses, would I recommend anybody to use it for this particular purpose? I’d scream NO from the tops of my lungs - had I the capacity to do so. Not only are my carpets ruined, my hoover utterly destroyed, my lungs shredded so bad that I ended up being carted off to hospital after coughing fizzy bloody foam for days, but the final injustice? The damnable little critters remained entirely unharmed, bouncing around quite happily in the stuff. I’ve no alternative but to go all out chem war, which I’d hoped to avoid. I can replace carpets, and hoover, but I cannot replace my lungs.

DE Powfer- used for dog fleas

The order arrived very quickly and was well packaged. I am using this to rid the dogs and house of dog fleas. I have never had this problem before but this year the dogs have fleas. They have been treated with the usual stuff from the vets that cost a fortune but have been ineffective. I read about this powder and thought I'd try it. Have sprinkled it around the house on all the carpets and dog beds and lightly dusted the dogs. The dogs have stopped itching as much so it seems to be working. I'll use it for a month to cover the life cycle of the fleas. Wow so many uses!but be sure to get the right grade! I use this to flea treat the house and outside,as a wormer and mineral supliment and flea treat my dogs coats,is VERY drying/absorbant so be careful,try not to breath it in.Fantastic value for so many uses and such a large amount lasts ages.
