Makes good pot of hot coffee. The thermal carafe is difficult to clean because the opening is too small to get your hand in. You do have to be aware of the fact that the carafe will over flow if it's not empty to begin a cycle. Otherwise a good machine.Read full review

Better that I expected.

I thought I only needed the outside plastic part which was cracked on mine. When it came with the rubber gasket too, I was surprised to find out that the inside sleeve part of my gasket was missing. Thanks for including both parts. My coffee pot no longer leaks. Read full review
