A new Mountfield lawnmower, a great replacement for an old Mountfield mower!
I’ve had a Mountfield lawnmower for many years and this was an obvious replacement. It’s got an OHV engine which is much better than my old machine which had a side valve configuration. The grass box is a good size too. The self propelled speed is fine too and it doesn’t feel as if I’m chasing it around the lawn!Read full review

A well thought out bit of kit much improved on its features from mount field.
It helped with the self propulsion on this mower and i know for safety you need the control to be immediate but i found it quite tricky to operate the drive and turn the mower in one smooth motion,

I am really pleased with this lawn mower it cuts great and adjusting cutting height is quick and easy as the lever adjusts all 4 wheels at the same time, It starts first time every time and to say it was refurbished you couldn't tell it looked brand new out of the box without a scratch on it.Read full review

I bought this machine to replace a Honda Izzy which would have been at least twice the price. I have been impressed by the way it starts easily, has automatic choke, an easily adjustable cutting height and no petrol tap to mess with. It cuts well and I would thoroughly recommend this machine.
