This hot water dispenser is great quality and stylish. It has a variable cup adjustment and top up feature and boils one cup at a time very quickly. Very simple to use and has all the features you need. It is better than any hot water dispenser I have ever had and a good dispenser is important as I have a physical disability. Much more efficient and easier to use than a kettle meaning it is perfect for everyone to use. Well worth the extra money for something that is used everyday and is very good quality, built to last and looks great in my kitchen. These vary in price so shop around, I bought mine from Hughes Clearance Outlet from their Ebay shop for £59.90 and was delivered very next day with delivery time slot. Great product, it works. My previous one worked for 6 years so I hope this one will too. But beware mine came obviously second hand.

The product works very well, no issues apart from some minor visible imperfections on the product itself. The chrome on the side is smeared and the silver drip tray was heavily scratched. Both indicating consistent use. There was also vapour inside the water container straight out the box, also the box was heavily damaged.
