It does what it is supposed to.It is a neat looking unit much nicer than the one it replaced cheaper as well also a longer warranty. The one it has replaced only lasted just over 2 years which was my 3rd water softener so I have had a bit of experience with them so far vert pleased.Read full review

Very easy to install and setup. Good soft water in the house.
The only drawback is that you cannot stipulate the regeneration time process from its default 4am time
