Good low impact workout but construction is not stable

It is a good concept and it does work the upper and lower body muscles where you can feel that you are getting a workout with the low impact trainer. I would have given 5 stars but the leg plate swing bars have an irritating squeak when doing the eliptical movement. And when using the resistance bands the frame is not stable and gets pulled towards you. The fixing bolts do not stay tight which is also annoying. And the upper body section keeps twisting when using the resistance bands and the handle bars. The hand tightened screw has to be tightened all the time. The construction and how it is connected together could have been better.Read full review

My lightweight Mini mobility trainer.

The mobility trainer has been most useful in regaining the my recovery from hip and knee surgery. It is compact enough to sit in the garage without being in the way and sturdy enough for proper usage. Very good value and I am thankful to have it for continued physical benefit. For information I am 6 ft tall @ 14.5 stone in weight.
