Love this thing

This thing is so handy compared to lugging an air hose around. Battery life for the size and weight of the battery pack is remarkable. Of course if you're using it to break bolts loose and laying on it to try to torque large bolts down the battery life suffers. For most fasteners in the 1/4 or 6 to 9mm range this delivers more than enough Force for tightening.Read full review

Great size and gets it done.

Quality tool

Ive been a Harley technician for 30+ years I started using SNAPON air tools then switched to SNAPON cordless tools for years. Which was Very expensive!!! I figured it was time to try something different so I bought my first Milwaukee cordless tool about 5 years ago and never looked back! Awesome tool for mechanics.

I can´t believe that I haven´t bought this tool before. Nice to use, although not all that torqy, but overall it gets the job done. As a mechanic it saves my wrists for quite a lot since it does most of the ratcheting for me. I´ll have to get the 1/4" sometimes soon too.
Funny thing is, in the EU where I live, you get 2 years warranty. If you register on Milwaukee EU you get 3 years. Since this is bought in the US, I get 5 years as I understand it. Only downside is, I have to ship it to the US to get it fixed if need be. But so far I got it cheaper than I can here and with better warranty. What´s not to like?Read full review

Milwaukee has always made quality products and this is just another example of a great company continuing to produce tools for the working man. I noticed this tool is showing up in lots of garages and body shops and taking the place of some of the air tools. Easier to control the torque than with an air tool at 175 psi.Read full review

I thought who needs this thing...

...then a coworker lent me his and I realized I do! When rebuilding a car it just saves a lot of time.
The tool is well built and has good torque but the best part is you can manually use it like a regular ratchet too.

I use this ratchet everyday day as a technician. I use it for nearly everything you could use a normal air ratchet on without the hassle of an air hose. I was worried the 35 lb/ft of torque would not be enough, but it hasn't slowed me down at all.
