Solid, but be sure they fit under your van!
Great ramps, but be sure that they fit. Our motor mover prevented their use. Had to get rid! Better suited to motorhome. Nice big, solid ramps.

Totally useless and a waste of money.
Bought for a caravan. Impossible to use. The entry wall to each cupped section is too steep for the mover or a car to push the van up. Also it won't fit under the mover so you have to try to go up backwards (contrary to the instructions) but the mudflap gets in the way.
Total waste of money.
