Great vacuum, very well made and robust. Suction power is very strong, can be adjusted to suit your needs. No need to worry about hair getting tangled. Bagless model, one click emptying, very easy to use. Not too heavy. Only downside is the cord rewind, one push of the button and it rewinds at supersonic speed so be careful. This Vacuum is everything we had hoped for, light, easy to use, excellent suction, easy to empty - all in all it is absolutely fabulous! Miele lover

I have had 2 miele's before and have only replaced them due to parts being so expensive, ie hose, heads etc, that it's cheaper to start again. My new blizzard cx1 cat and dog is not my favourite to be honest, the attachment for the stairs is cheap and nasty and i also had problems with the brush on handle as well. The bristles on the head is shorter than past 1's and seem to clog up quite quickly. Saying that it still picks up very well, and doesn't lose power being bagless, even though it is heavier than others. I would still rate it a 8 out of 10 😀Read full review
