Excellent service from an excellent company
The Windows 10 software arrived quickly and installed easily. Initially I needed a little help, but a quick response from Simon at technical support, showed me where I was going wrong and it was nothing to do with the software, just my own fault, due to my age, I think.
After this the software installed perfectly. The product key was accepted and activated, then there followed a multitude of updates from Microsoft. So now I have a fully functioning operating system. I was reluctant to get rid of windows 7, but it is going out of support this year, I believe, and I needed the latest version to make sure that any security vulnerabilities were addressed. Works as expected. However, I'd much rather be still using XP! Microsoft couldn't control XP and you well enough, but with 10, you have little say in the matter. That's exactly what they want! Sucks!
