Was either losing or maintaining weight even when I wasn't in the gym. The appetite suppressant wasn't enough to make me not eat of course but enough to not eat more than I should. If you take it for too long your body does build an immunity up to it so you should cycle off of it after every bottle or so. Otherwise it loses its potency. The only issue I found with that was nothing else came close to it that I could take when I cycled off this. It's a great product. Do NOT take more than one pill at a time. It's extremely dangerous. I don't care how high your tolerance is or how long you've been taking stuff. You only need one pill. If in a couple hours you still aren't getting to boost you need take another. I have lost 15lbs and maintained that loss for about 6 mo. or longer. Huge Energy boost is a positive. The cons are very minor, appetite is almost non existent but stomach will feel empty to eat even if you don't want to, and for some people one pill is to strong, so you might have to open the capsule and take half.
