Very effective so far with good range

I was slightly dubious about this purchase, with business use in mind I purchased it to provide communication out of hours for my reception team so they can keep the doors locked but still communicate with visitors.
So far the unit and handset have been excellent with clear wireless communication and good range. Being wireless the handset can be moved to anywhere in the building (with a power socket for the handset) meaning arrivals can always be monitored.

A ringing endorsement....Amazing Signal Penetration

I doubted I would find a wireless intercom capable but this on e does the trick. The signal has to travel 70 meres from outside a metal gate and through an 18 inch brick outer wall and a 4 foot interior wall of a bomb proof 2nd World War food freezer depot. A great wireless solution

There are many video door phone solutions that probably do a better job than this unit, however the down side with these video door solutions is they need a power source at the both ends. I like this particular product because the gate phone unit runs on AA batteries and it means I dont need power to the front gate.

The unit is very well made and the outdoor unit looks as if it will stand the test of time. Highly recommend.Read full review
