Absolutely useless

I have tried to use this item print came out all smudged left to dry ink tray foam was detached part of mechanism came loose and print head stuck got it fixed in place put new foam in ink tray and retried smudged

Bought this for my grandson, we sat down to mark his balls, set everything thing up ready to go and got covered in black permanent ink when he pressed the top down. Initials were nothing but a blob of ink. It was extremely difficult to remove the ink from our hands and
