After using tommy tippee and Boots own branded nipple shields these were recommended by my lactation consultant. There worth the money if you need them but watch a YouTube video on how to use them correctly. If your unable to afford these ones then either of the other two I mentioned work almost as well and are almost identical. Boots stay on the nipple more. Very good and for me the best on the market

We got my second son and my wife is very sensible, this shield is the one which best adapt her breast and no marks are left by my hunger son. The pain is there but berable.
