A great little machine. I’ve had 2 others, but this is the best. It’s easy to use, though I think the instructions are rather longwinded. Having used other machines before, I knew how it works. However the sticky pad terminals are super. Whatever the sticky stuff, it’s better than I’ve ever had, and is easy to remove from the skin. Very effective pain relief

I am recovering from a broken pelvis, though the bone has healed, the muscle damage and pain are lasting much longer. This item has a wide variety of adjustments which enable me to get relief both from ongoing soreness on the standard settings, and for very painful muscle spasms on different settings. Med-fit 1 TENS Machine helps me at work

I have no disks surviving in my lower spine (S range), 2 herniated at L4/L5 and another at T1 after a bad fall accident 15 years ago. Can't go on meds for more than a week - they mess up my stomach! TENS is the only answer if I am sitting for more than 30 minutes or the pain is unbearable. This TENS machine turned on just the variable BUZZZZZ mode at about 2 or 3 is OK for me for 2-3 hours sitting at work.
This little machine does the job efficiently and slots easily on a belt or waistband, where I can access the top knobs easily to turn it up or down.
Read the very good instructions carefully. Turn it off before adjusting the sticky pads on the body or when going for 'comfort breaks' or you may get a surge of power or snag on clothes.
I keep mine with spare pads and batteries in a small zip pouch/ pretty make-up purse that I carry in my handbag every day. Very useful and have recommended it to everyone with chronic problems like mine - Though If you need an osteopath, use them as well, then use the machine to get over the treatment, helping the healing or stability issues sort or settle.Read full review

Shockingly good product!

I have had extreme pain in my back and sciatica down both legs for years now. Surgery has only made it worse so far. This product works as a distraction when the pain is in certain places and for that only I can review it. It would get five stars if the leads were long enough to reach from my hip to my ankle which I think would distract me from a lot more pain however for the area it does cover it is generally effective. Not all of the time but sadly this is more to do with the nature of my pain than anything else. It is lightweight and fairly easily concealable so can be worn whilst out and about.Read full review
